Ricardo Rodriguez
President, Techflow

Ricardo is the driving force behind the innovative design expertise at Techflow. His knowledge of the blown film extrusion process has been gained from over 25 years of working closely with clients in the industry. Ricardo understands the operating constraints of his clients and how to meet these constraints with his die designs. His knowledge of the manufacturing process coupled with an understanding of material science ensures that his designs will be easily machined, and are durable and low-maintenance.

Ricardo has designed and manufactured over 670 dies. He has also participated in the installation and maintenance of his dies, and understands the upstream and downstream implications of his designs. This combination of die design and manufacturing experience allows Ricardo to provide innovative yet reliable products to his clients.

Between 1990 and 1997, Ricardo was President of Addex Inc. in Mississauga, Canada. In addition, has has been Vice-President of Engineering at Polysystems Machinery (1979-1990) and Chief Design & Manufacturing Engineer at Brampton Engineering (1975-1979).

Michael Bucko

Michael is a founding partner of Techflow, and has more than 10 years experience in the die manufacturing business. In particular, Techflow benefits from Michael's expertise in manufacturing.

Michael works closely with his supplier network to ensure that only the highest quality and most appropriate components are used in Techflow products. He keeps up-to-date on new materials and innovations in the blown film industry, and seeks to deliver this advantage to the client.

Importantly, Michael's expertise in project planning helps to ensure that Techflow projects come in on time and within budget. Excellent project planning allows Michael to realistically estimate delivery timelines so that the client can schedule the downtime well ahead of actual delivery. Currently, Michael is taking on the additional responsibility of die design to complement Ricardo's role.

Michael acted as Production Manager at Addex Inc. between 1990 and 1997.
