Design Philosophy Techflow's design philosophy acts as the foundation for all of our products. Our philosophy may be summarized as: Each blown film die is custom-designed with our proprietary simulation software to optimize both performance and flexibility From the extruder to the lip, each component of a Techflow die is analyzed for how it affects: Velocity Shear rate Pressure, and residence time Manufacturing Philosophy Techflow's manufacturing philosophy complements the design process. Careful attention to manufacturing allows Techflow to produce outstanding dies. Our manufacturing philosophy is summarized as: Design and build only outstanding extrusion equipment.
