Automated Startup & Easy Sizing

During startup, the IS-IBC1 quickly inflates the bubble to fit the stabilizing cage or stabalizer. Changing bubble size is easy; just change the size of the cage or stabilizer and the bubble size adjusts automatically. Changing the cooling rate is just as easy with the new auto blower balance feature. Adjust one setting and the system changes the cooling rate and automatically coordinates the inlet and outlet blowers.

Productivity Improvement

Production rate improvements start with the proper design of the airflow delivery system. Each IBC system comes with a customized airflow data sheet that includes specifications for blowers, cooling coil, chiller capacity, and airflow control valve to provide the maximum amount of cooling possible. When the IBC system is installed with the recommended airflowd delivery system, production rates are dramatically increased.

Operating Costs Reduced

The IS-IBC1 bubble sizing and airflow control technologies provide the tightest layflat for non-contact IBC control systems. The system has the capability to provide +/- 1/8" (3mm) total layflat variation under stable process conditions. Non-optimum process conditions can be improved by adding additional IBC sensors and the layflat controller option. The color touch screen option reduces operator training time, and the cage controller option provides unassisted automatic sizing of the bubble cage.
