RHO (Oscillating Haul-Off)         Top Nips Manual Screen Changers Techflow Design's screen changers are designed for leak free operation up to 10,000 PSI. Designed and manufactured with a pressure actuated seal that allows processing of polymers up to 500 degrees F. Our custom designs allow us to ensure the best operator access to the screen changer. Several manual screen changer models are available from 1" through 6" (25mm - 150mm), with the provision of pulling the extruder feed screw through the screen changer while mounted on the barrel.
