Techflow’s heat/cooling system configurations are engineered to optimize production and simplify maintenance. The barrel heat/cool unit on our HS series extruder is supplied with finned heater exchangers that are enclosed in an insulated housing. This system facilates optimum melt temperatures regardless of the composition of each batch.

- Single blower barrier heat/cool system divided into multiple barrel zone (Size Dependant)
- Each barrier zone includes high efficiency ceramic heaters with a patented system that ensures a temperature control of ± 1° C
